Beth Beals

ICF, International, Early Childhood Specialist

Beth has 16 years of early childhood experience, 13 of those with Head Start. She began her Head Start career with Lancaster Head Start, in Pennsylvania, where she started as a home visitor, then progressed through a variety of positions including ERSEA coordinator, mental health and disabilities coordinator, and regional manager.  In July of 2015, she moved to Moneta, Virginia where she served as the education manager at Pittsylvania County Community Action, Head Start. Beth holds a BA in Early Childhood Education from Point Park College and a BS in Library and Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
